As an 8-year veteran of the United States Army, I’ve spent my career dedicated to the service of others, honing my skills in leadership, discipline, and resilience. Throughout my time as a Ranger Instructor, I had the privilege of guiding and mentoring individuals through some of the most challenging experiences of their lives. It was during these intense moments of training and personal growth that I discovered my true calling: empowering others to break through their mental barriers and achieve their highest potential.
This realization has since become the driving force behind my life's mission. My purpose is to inspire meaningful change in people's lives, whether they’re striving to build stronger relationships, boost their confidence, or deepen their self-awareness. I’ve developed a set of tools and strategies that have proven effective in helping individuals face their fears, overcome obstacles, and reach the goals they once thought were out of reach.
By combining my military experience with my passion for personal development, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding others toward success, not just in one aspect of their lives, but holistically. Sarah Vincent
Transforming lives through the power of resilience
I have spent over 25 years working in the addiction and recovery field in various roles. Currently, I work as an Intensive Outpatient Counselor, helping adults and families navigate their recovery journeys.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor at-risk youth and families as a Recovery Mentor, create fitness programs at multiple facilities, and work as a Sober Coach. Today, I lead Recovery Fit classes, blending fitness and holistic health to help people in recovery build new habits and coping skills that lead to lasting change. My approach is grounded in the neuroscience of addiction, focusing on creating sustainable ways to manage struggles and adversity.
With both my education and personal experiences, I connect deeply with my clients and their families. I understand firsthand what it’s like to face challenges head-on. Having overcome childhood trauma, an eating disorder, obesity, cocaine addiction, and a range of self-destructive behaviors, I know what it feels like to be lost. I also know the power of recovery and the journey of moving from questioning life to discovering purpose. My experience allows me to meet people where they are, especially in their most difficult moments.
I believe overcoming adversity requires a multifaceted approach—one that incorporates faith, family, finances, fitness, and community. I am passionate about the power of mindset and its role in helping people discover their worth, grow self-esteem, and feel empowered to achieve their goals. Through fitness, self-exploration, and challenging limiting beliefs, I’ve been able to step out of the identities others placed on me and embrace my true purpose and passion.
My mission is to educate, empower, and uplift others, helping them see that their past does not define their potential. I am driven to help people rise above their circumstances and pursue a life worth living.
